I do it fairly regularly now, when buying locally is not an option. Such was the case with the Marmot tent I recently received through Moosejaw. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK from J.J. (2/24/10): Hey Moose Crew ... Wanted to drop a line to let you know how awesome your A2 store is. The staff is amazingly helpful .... and entertaining! I had to swap out a BOB stroller recently and Matt was tremendously helpful. He even waited for me on main street and loaded the stroller into my vehicle on a frigid day! The A2 crew made the swap easy and even entertained us while we waited for the computer to cooperate. We are die hard moosejaw fans!
