The materials used and craftsmanship on this tent is excellent. The big doors will let in some water when it's raining sideways, but they are perfect for nice days. The best…

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK from David (7/21/10): I just received my sweet new jacket with out sleeves from your new Fall 2010 collection as part of being a member of humans with influence. It is a really well made, well designed fleece vest. The pockets inside and out, the headphone port and the overall quality of the vest is really impressive. If it wasn't in the 80's out and July I would be rocking it hard core right now. I'm pretty stoked for fall to get here so I can really wear it. I looked and the fall line isn't up on the site yet, but when it is I am going to be one of the first people to write a review on it. The Moosejaw flag in the pocket is a pretty sweet idea as well. You guys have a great item here, if the rest of the fall line is as solid as this vest it is going to rock. Thanks for the vest and thanks for being such an awesome company. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK from Stacey (7/20/10): Had ONE day to get my son ready for Tanuga and the wk long hiking/camping trip because my stupid ex wouldn't spend the $$. Anyway, Nancy and Lucas literally worked with me and my son for what seemed over an hour, trying on backpack after backpack... women's, men's, anything to make him comfortable. Nancy and Lucas even went as far as taking the shoulder straps off of one backpack, and putting them on another that fit my son perfectly! I couldn't have asked for better help and such sincere interest in making things right for my son so he would have a great experience. They were AWESOME!! Read all Customer Feedback
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK from Nikki (7/19/10): Thank you, Moosejaw! I have had one of the best online experiences buying my North Face rain jacket from your company. Absolutely amazing customer service :) Read all Customer Feedback
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK from Rachel (7/17/10): Hi my name is Rachel and I recently bought a white coat at the Moosejaw in Rochester, MI at the Village and had a great experience. Unfortunately I do not know the name of the woman and man who helped me, but both were friendly, helpful and the woman played peek-a-boo with my daughter, which in turn made my daughter not cry, which in turn gave me time to look around, find the white coat, try it on and buy it! Thank you for the great experience! I know I will go back in there again!! Read all Customer Feedback
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK from Amy (7/12/10): Nick at the Ann Arbor store is awesome! He totally gets the business and the customer. Thanks to him, I will be shopping there A LOT more! I can see him running the company someday! Read all Customer Feedback
